MUSCLE TESTING / KINESIOLOGY

Based on the concept of internal energy fundamental to traditional Chinese medicine, muscle testing is a non-invasive way of evaluating imbalances and potentially assessing the body’s needs. It involves testing the body’s responses when applying slight pressure to a large muscle, to provide information on energy blockages.

Kinesiology uses a range of gentle yet extremely powerful techniques. Kinesiology also allows the kinesiologist to draw on other healing techniques and modalities and integrate them into the session where appropriate and indicated by the muscle response. This can be combined with nutritional and/or homeopathic support and other remedies.

Muscle testing is painless and non-invasive, and can provide a different perspective with a wealth of data that may not be detected through other therapies.
